CSR: Boundaries in Crisis Work
The Crisis Systems Response Training and Technical Assistance Center (CSR-TTAC) provides support to states, territories, tribal organizations, and community partners across the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network and behavioral health crisis continuum of care. The goal of the CSR-TTAC is to support a crisis care system that is integrated, sustainable, equitable, and aligned around evidence-based and evidenced-informed practices.
The Crisis Systems Response Training and Technical Assistance Center is hosting a series of workshops to promote wellness among the behavioral health crisis workforce. As the demand for behavioral health crisis care increases, it is essential to support the well-being of those providing lifesaving assistance. This workshop series offers evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and insights to help build resilience, manage stress, and prevent burnout.
The fifth workshop in this series focuses on building and maintaining boundaries in crisis work. This workshop is designed for crisis workers and supervisors seeking to support the emotional well-being of the crisis workforce through practical strategies for developing, maintaining, and reinforcing professional boundaries. The workshop also explores the role of healthy boundaries in sustaining long-term effectiveness and well-being.
