The New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) is issuing a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
Abusive Partner Intervention Program (APIP). Through this RFP, MOCJ intends to procure up to
five appropriately qualified human services provider(s) to deliver APIP programming for intimate partner defendants in the City’s criminal courts in each of the five boroughs. The goal of the RFP initiative is to educate participants on the dynamics and effects of intimate partner violence while promoting more pro-social and less abusive behaviors, ultimately reducing recidivism.

Friday, February 14th, 2025, at 12pm via PASSPort. Complete submissions must demonstrate how the Proposer meets or will approach all Program Components, including responses to all questions and all required documents as outlined in the RFP.
