The Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) on behalf on the New York City Mayor’s Office of Special Enforcement (OSE) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor to provide multilingual communications and marketing services, to inform a messaging document and multi-year public relations campaign. Proposals are due January 22, 2018 by 5:00PM.
